It arrives about 85% pre-assembled. Attaching the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat takes around 30–45 minutes with the included tools — no special skills needed. We send a step-by-step assembly video, and our support team is one message away if anything is unclear.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. The bike and the battery ship in separate packages (for safety compliance) and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location — you'll get a tracking number for each package.

In most US states the VEXOR 20S qualifies as a Class 2 e-bike (20 mph top assist speed), so no license, registration or insurance is required. Local rules can vary by city and trail — we recommend a quick check of your state's e-bike classification before riding.
A full charge takes 6–7 hours with the included smart charger (the pack also charges off-bike at your desk). The cells are rated for 800+ charge cycles — about 3–5 years of regular riding before you'd notice any capacity fade.
